When you start to use Album2, you are committing to the following terms:

The general manager of the Kindergarten has agreed to use this service.
Someone in the Kindergarten will, for each section, maintain a list of the parents with their cell phone numbers.
Someone in the Kindergarten will check and adjust the name tags (under “Faces” tab) before sending the photos to the respective parents.
Album2 acts on behalf of the Kindergarten according to what is described below.

Album2 is responsible that the system works the following way:

Album2 will not claim any payment from the Kindergarten for the use of the service described on this page.
The Kindergarten personnel that are users of this service will have a free account for their personal use from the moment they upload photos for 6 months
Photos uploaded are hidden for everyone but the authorized Kindergarten personnel. Sharing is only possible by using the special copy function.
If a parent wants to use this service, they need an Album2 account where they can receive the photos safely. A parent can override the teacher’s setting of blurring their own children’s faces. Subscription price is maximum 10€ pr. 6 months.
Uploaded photos will be copied to the respective parents according to the list mentioned in clause B above. A parent will only receive photos containing e their own children, or photos regarded being of general interest by the kindergarten personnel. Parents not having given their consent will have the faces of their children blurred when copied to other parents.
On behalf of the Kindergarten, the Album2 site perform the administration of parents’ consent to send photos of their children to other parents.
Album2 has no intellectual property rights to the photos stored in system and cannot use them for any other purpose than mentioned above.
The Kindergarten's general manager can freeze the account with immediate effect. Only this person can then log in and re-open the service. Photos in a frozen account cannot be accessed by anyone else. The account will be physically deleted 6 months after a freeze unless it is reopened.
